All students who will be in grades 7-12 for the 2017-18 school year and wish to participate in extracurricular activities, will need to have an athletic physical on file with the school before being allowed to participate in any practices or competitions.  These physical exams need to take place after May 1, 2017 in order to be acceptable for participation in NSAA sponsored activities.  Fremont Health is kind enough to provide an opportunity for students entering grades 9-12 to get a physical for free on June 6th and 7th from 5:30-8:30p.m.  The scheduled check-in time for Logan View students is Wednesday, June 7th at 6:30p.m.  Students must bring a signed (by parent or guardian) physical release form with them to the physical that evening.  The forms are available in the school office, on the school website (Option A), or on the NSAA website (Option B).  They are usually willing to be flexible if you can't be there at the exact time scheduled for Logan View or need to use the other day they are conducting free exams.  Click on the link below for full information.
